DASH Diet Named Top Overall Diet

In other bestseller news, The DASH Diet for Hypertension, originally published in 2001, hit the Barnes & Noble bestseller list this week. This followed news that the DASH Diet was named the #1 diet for overall health and wellness by U.S. News and World Report. The panel cited the diet’s safety, nutritional completeness, ability to prevent or control diabetes, and role in supporting heart health in their decision.
